⭐️You will be provided a key fob for access to the building and its amenities. There will be a charge of $250 for any lost key fob. ⭐️There is a keyless entry to the home. A code will be provided to you in your check-in instructions prior to your arrival. ⭐️We have an exterior camera facing the front of the apartment. ⭐️Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ⭐️Please note there is a $15 fee per pet per night and a 2 pet max. Sorry, but NO cats are allowed. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets (both inside and outside). We will request additional reimbursement for any extensive cleaning as required by our cleaners, damaged furniture or sheets. ⭐️Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a damage deposit up to $500 to our discretion prior to check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. ⭐️Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. Please Note: While we want you to enjoy all the amazing amenities the building has to offer, we cannot guarantee their availability during your stay. The hours and access to gyms, courts, and other shared facilities are determined by the homeowners’ association, and may change due to weather, staffing, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for amenities that may be closed or unavailable during your visit. We appreciate your understanding!

If the parking garage is unavailable, don’t worry, you’ll find plenty of garages nearby. The closest is the Euclid Prospect Gateway Garage just down the street, plus a couple others like the Public Square Garage and 515 Euclid Garage within a short walk. You can also use apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to grab a spot in advance. Most attractions are super walkable from here, and if you don’t feel like walking, rideshares (Uber/Lyft) and public transit are right outside the building.
